To live at The Millennium Residences at Winthrop Center is to enjoy the city’s hottest new culinary and arts destination where the energy of Boston comes to life every day. The Connector is home to five restaurant concepts by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser and a major driver of that energy for our residents and for the entire neighborhood. It’s also an ever-changing performance and cultural space. And right outside The Connector is Boston’s newest green space, Winthrop Center Park.
Your new go-to eatery isn’t even around the corner. It’s in the building. Welcome to The Lineup, a new food hall curated by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, also the Executive Chef at Winnie’s, our residents’-only American brasserie. Located on the ground floor of The Connector, The Lineup includes five distinct fast-casual dining and beverage experiences, all with an emphasis on thoughtfully sourced ingredients. So no matter where you eat, you know you’re filling up on something good.
Pop down to satisfy any craving at The Lineup. Endless flavor possibilities await.
Perched on the Connector’s mezzanine, The Vermilion Club is Chef Fraser’s modern take on the classic chophouse. Named for the Chihuly masterpiece above our 55-foot bar, The Vermilion Club takes an ingredient-obsessed approach to local and seasonal produce. Focal points include dry-aged meats, whole fish, vegetable-forward entrées, and shellfish—with special attention to Northeastern favorites like lobster and clams.
For cocktail connoisseurs, our lineup features over 70 meticulously curated cocktails. Enjoy signature Vermilion Club drinks and pre-Prohibition favorites, such as the Ward Eight and a new iteration of The Vermilion Manhattan. Welcome to the Club.
The Connector is an important part of Winthrop Center’s sustainability story. It features enhanced ventilation through Energy Recovery Units, providing 30% more fresh air into its public spaces. In some cases, The Connector can provide 100% outside air into the space with the goal of continuously creating the freshest, most healthy air flow possible for an indoor public space. At Winthrop Center, health and wellness details matter, for all.
